TL;DR: This guide matches eight Oxylabs alternatives to the Oxylabs product you want to replace. Decodo is the closest all-round swap, with residential traffic at $4 per GB on pay as you go. Oxylabs charges $6 per GB on its $30 plan. Evomi has the lowest rate at $0.49 per GB, and Webshare sells 100 datacenter IPs for $2.99 a month. Pick your product group first, then test with a few dollars.

Shopping for Oxylabs alternatives? You’re probably not unhappy with the proxies. You’re unhappy with the bill, or with how the bill works.
In 2026, Oxylabs moved every product to one monthly credit subscription. Plans start at $30 a month, and unused credit expires at the end of each cycle. There is no pay as you go.
That is hard on small or uneven workloads. Residential traffic costs $6 per GB on the $30 plan. Proxyway put the average residential price at $4.16 per GB for 5 GB across the providers it tested.
Many lists of alternatives come from a company that sells proxies and ranks itself first. We sell nothing, and no vendor pays to be ranked. I read every price on the vendor’s own page on October 7, 2026.
One thing up front. We didn’t test these proxies. A proxy is a server that sends your web requests from its IP address, not yours.

For comparison, Oxylabs plans cost $30, $100 or $500 a month, and Enterprise starts at $2,500. New accounts get a one-time $5 welcome credit. Our Oxylabs pricing guide lists every plan rate.
What changed in 2026: Oxylabs moved to one credit subscription, and Proxyway says it removed its long-running coupon codes. NetNut is not on this list because its domains were seized on July 2, as Krebs on Security reported. Rayobyte relaunched its site and pricing on October 1. SOAX no longer lists ISP or datacenter proxies.
Which Oxylabs Product Are You Replacing?
Match your replacement to the Oxylabs product you use today. For residential or mobile traffic, look at Decodo, DataImpulse, Evomi or SOAX. For ISP and datacenter IPs, look at Webshare, IPRoyal or Rayobyte. For the Web API or Web Unblocker, look at Bright Data. Each group is billed in a different unit.

A GB of traffic, a rented IP and 1,000 API requests are three different things to buy. So start with what you buy from Oxylabs now.
| Oxylabs product | Oxylabs rate on the $30 plan | Alternatives to check | Example price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Residential Proxies | $6 per GB | Decodo, DataImpulse, Evomi | $5 for 5 GB (DataImpulse) |
| Mobile Proxies | $7.50 per GB | SOAX, DataImpulse | $5.00 per GB, Tier 1 (SOAX) |
| ISP Proxies, shared | $1.50 per IP | Webshare, Decodo | $6 a month for 20 IPs (Webshare) |
| Dedicated ISP Proxies | $3 per IP | IPRoyal, Decodo, Webshare | $9.99 a month for 3 IPs (Decodo) |
| Datacenter Proxies, shared | $1 per IP, or $0.60 per GB | Webshare, Rayobyte | $2.99 a month for 100 IPs (Webshare) |
| Dedicated Datacenter Proxies | $2 per IP | Rayobyte, Webshare | $12.50 a month for 5 US IPs (Rayobyte) |
| Web Unblocker | $7.20 per GB | Rayobyte, Decodo | $6 per GB, up to 10 GB (Rayobyte) |
| Web API | /Scrape from $0.50 per 1,000 results | Bright Data, Rayobyte | $1.50 per 1,000 requests (Bright Data) |
The Oxylabs column comes from the Oxylabs pricing page. Per GB means you pay for the data you move. Per IP means you rent an address, usually by the month.
The 8 Best Oxylabs Alternatives, Reviewed
Picks are grouped by the Oxylabs product they replace.
Group 1: replacing Oxylabs Residential and Mobile Proxies. Residential proxies use real home internet connections. Mobile proxies use phone networks. Both are billed per GB. A sticky session keeps one IP for a set time.
1 Decodo: Best for a close all-round swap
If you want what Oxylabs sells without the monthly credit rules, start here.
What it does well. Decodo, formerly Smartproxy, sells residential, mobile, ISP and datacenter proxies, plus scraping tools. In Proxyway’s 2026 residential test, Decodo scored 99.92% success, next to Oxylabs at 99.93%. Proxyway named it Best All-Rounder for 2026. You don’t need an ID check to buy standard plans.
Key features:
- Residential pay as you go at $4 per GB.
- Sticky sessions up to 24 hours.
- Site Unblocker from $10 a month for 1 GB.
Pricing. Residential plans start at $11.25 a month for 3 GB, which is $3.75 per GB. Three dedicated ISP IPs cost $9.99 a month. Our Decodo pricing guide covers every tier. See Decodo pricing.
Best for: You, if you use several Oxylabs proxy types and want pay as you go.
Limitations. The advertised $2 per GB needs the 1,000 GB plan at $2,000 a month. The trial needs a card, and using it cancels the 14-day refund. Mobile prices are a 50% promo with no end date shown.
2 DataImpulse: Best for pay as you go that never expires
If your work comes in bursts, prepaid traffic fixes the expiry problem.
What it does well. DataImpulse has no subscriptions. You prepay, and your traffic never expires. It scored 99.74% success in Proxyway’s residential test. Its terms don’t require an ID check at signup.
Key features:
- Residential traffic at $1 per GB.
- Mobile traffic at $2 per GB.
- Datacenter traffic at $0.50 per GB.
Pricing. New users can buy an Intro pack of 5 GB for $5. After that, the minimum top-up is $50, which buys 50 GB of residential traffic. See DataImpulse pricing.
Best for: You, if you want residential or mobile traffic with no monthly bill.
Limitations. State, city, ZIP and network (ASN) targeting is billed at double the standard rate. DataImpulse sells no ISP proxies and no scraping API. The 7-day refund covers only a first Intro purchase.
3 Evomi: Best for the lowest price per GB
If cost per GB is why you’re leaving Oxylabs, look at Evomi first.
What it does well. Evomi’s Core Residential plan costs $49 a month for 100 GB, or $0.49 per GB. Oxylabs charges $4 per GB on its $500 plan. Proxyway named Evomi its Best Value Provider for 2026. Evomi says an identity check is not required by default.
Key features:
- City targeting at no extra cost.
- Sticky sessions up to 24 hours.
- Shared static residential IPs from $1.00 per IP a month.
Pricing. Extra GB on the Core plan cost $0.49 each. Pay as you go costs $0.99 per GB from 15 GB, so the smallest order is $14.85 by our math. See Evomi pricing.
Best for: You, if you use around 100 GB a month and want the smallest bill.
Limitations. Unused plan GB don’t roll over. ZIP, ISP and ASN filters use up to 15 times the bandwidth. Proxyway tested Evomi Premium, at 99.58% success, not the cheaper Core pool.
4 SOAX: Best for replacing Oxylabs mobile proxies
If you buy mobile traffic from Oxylabs, SOAX charges no premium for it.
What it does well. SOAX charges one rate for residential and mobile traffic. The rate depends on the country your proxy exits from, in three tiers. Oxylabs charges $7.50 per GB for mobile on its $30 plan. SOAX scored 99.78% success in Proxyway’s 2026 residential test.
Key features:
- Free Sandbox plan with no monthly fee.
- City and ISP targeting on every plan.
- Credits that last 60 days on monthly plans.
Pricing. On Sandbox you buy credits and pay $5.00 per GB for Tier 1 countries like the US. Builder costs $200 a month and drops Tier 1 to $3.00 per GB. See SOAX pricing.
Best for: You, if you want mobile and residential IPs on one balance.
Limitations. SOAX’s ISP and datacenter pages now return a 404 error, so it can’t replace those Oxylabs products. Payments are generally non-refundable. You must pass an identity check before you can pay.
Group 2: replacing Oxylabs ISP and Datacenter Proxies. ISP proxies are fixed IPs registered to home internet providers. Datacenter proxies are IPs from cloud servers. Both are mostly billed per IP a month. Dedicated means only you use the IP.
5 Webshare: Best for cheap datacenter and ISP IPs
If your target sites accept datacenter IPs, Webshare costs far less per address.
What it does well. Webshare sells 100 shared datacenter proxies for $2.99 a month. Oxylabs charges $1 per shared datacenter IP on its $30 plan. Webshare also has a free plan with 10 shared datacenter proxies and 1 GB a month. In Proxyway’s datacenter benchmark, Webshare scored 99.93% success, and Oxylabs scored 99.98%.
Key features:
- Free plan that doesn’t expire.
- 250 GB a month included in listed per-proxy prices.
- About 30% off with yearly billing.
Pricing. 20 shared static residential (ISP) proxies cost $6 a month. 20 dedicated ones cost $42 a month, or $2.10 each. See Webshare pricing.
Best for: You, if you want many IPs for a few dollars.
Limitations. Proxyway found that only 22% of Webshare’s US ISP test IPs were classed as residential. Oxylabs scored 100% in that check. Unused bandwidth doesn’t roll over.
6 IPRoyal: Best for one static IP at a time
If you only need a few fixed IPs, IPRoyal sells exactly that.
What it does well. You can order a single ISP proxy for 1, 30, 60 or 90 days. The Oxylabs dedicated ISP page still lists a 5 IP minimum in its FAQ. Proxyway found that 99% of IPRoyal’s US ISP test IPs were classed as residential. IPRoyal calls ID verification optional but highly recommended.
Key features:
- ISP proxies from $1.80 per proxy for 24 hours.
- Datacenter proxies from $1.57 per proxy for 30 days.
- Web Unblocker at $1.00 per 1,000 requests, pay as you go.
Pricing. ISP proxies start from $2.70 per proxy on a 30-day plan. Residential traffic costs $7.35 per GB for 1 GB, and it never expires. See IPRoyal pricing.
Best for: You, if you need one to ten static IPs, or a one-day test.
Limitations. Each ISP or datacenter proxy has a 100 GB traffic limit per monthly cycle. IPRoyal scored 96.11% success in Proxyway’s 2026 residential test, below the 99.28% median.
7 Rayobyte: Best for datacenter IPs by country
If you want your own datacenter IPs in a specific country, check Rayobyte.
What it does well. Rayobyte sells dedicated datacenter IPs in 29 countries, priced by country. It scored 99.88% success in Proxyway’s datacenter benchmark. Rayobyte says it knows every paying customer.
Key features:
- US dedicated datacenter IPs at $2.50 per IP a month.
- Semi-dedicated US datacenter IPs at $1 per IP a month.
- Web Unblocker at $6 per GB for up to 10 GB.
Pricing. Dedicated datacenter IPs have a 5 IP minimum, so the US starts at $12.50 a month by our math. The Scraping API costs $0.0018 per request, or $1.80 per 1,000 by our math. See Rayobyte pricing.
Best for: You, if you need fixed datacenter IPs in less common countries.
Limitations. Static ISP IPs cost $5.00 per IP a month, more than Oxylabs’ $3. “Unlimited bandwidth” on static IPs has a fair-use line of about 30 GB per IP in 30 days. Its residential pool was slow in Proxyway’s 2026 test, at 1.86 seconds.
Group 3: replacing the Oxylabs Web API or Web Unblocker. A scraping API fetches the page for you and handles blocks. You pay per 1,000 requests or per GB. Decodo, IPRoyal and Rayobyte sell these tools too. Our guide to proxies for web scraping compares APIs with raw proxies.
8 Bright Data: Best for scraping APIs and enterprise scale
If you’d rather buy finished page loads than manage proxies, look here.
What it does well. Bright Data’s Web Unlocker costs $1.50 per 1,000 requests, and Bright Data says you pay only for success. AIMultiple reported unblocker success of 68% to 78% for Bright Data and 40% to 50% for Oxylabs. Both companies subscribe to AIMultiple’s benchmarking services, so weigh that. Bright Data also publishes how it says it sources residential IPs.
Key features:
- Free tier of 5,000 API requests a month.
- 10 shared ISP IPs for $18 a month.
- 10 shared datacenter IPs for $14 a month.
Pricing. The Web Unlocker Scale plan costs $499 a month with 383,000 requests. Residential traffic costs $8 per GB on pay as you go, or $4 with promo code RESIGB50. See Bright Data pricing.
Best for: You, if you’re a registered company that wants a scraping API and strict vetting.
Limitations. The regular residential rate is $8 per GB, more than Oxylabs’ $6. Residential access needs a KYC check, which means proving who you are. No mobile price is published, and Proxyway reports that product ended in April 2026. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
How Much Do Oxylabs Alternatives Cost?
Oxylabs alternatives cost from $0.49 to $8 per GB for self-serve residential traffic at regular prices. Oxylabs charges $6 per GB on its $30 plan. By our math, 100 GB a month costs $49 on Evomi, $100 on DataImpulse and $275 on Decodo. The same 100 GB needs the $500 Oxylabs plan.
Here is the cheapest way to start with each provider.
| Provider | Price to start | Unit price | Billing basis | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Oxylabs (for comparison) | $30 a month | $6/GB residential | Monthly credit subscription | Credit that expires each cycle |
| Decodo | $4 for 1 GB | $4/GB residential | Pay as you go, or monthly plan | $2/GB needs the 1,000 GB plan |
| DataImpulse | $5 for 5 GB (new users) | $1/GB residential | Pay as you go, prepaid | Traffic that never expires |
| Evomi | $14.85 for 15 GB (our math) | $0.99/GB, or $0.49/GB on the plan | Pay as you go, or monthly plan | 100 GB for $49/mo on the plan |
| SOAX | Top-up credits (minimum not published) | $5.00/GB for Tier 1 countries | Credits, or monthly plans from $200 | Residential and mobile at one rate |
| Webshare | $2.99 a month | $0.0299 per shared datacenter IP | Monthly or yearly plan | 100 proxies with 250 GB a month |
| IPRoyal | From $1.80 for 24 hours | From $2.70 per ISP proxy for 30 days | Per proxy, 1 to 90 days | One dedicated ISP proxy |
| Rayobyte | $12.50 a month (our math) | $2.50 per US datacenter IP | Per IP a month, 5 IP minimum | 5 dedicated US datacenter IPs |
| Bright Data | No minimum stated | $1.50 per 1,000 Web Unlocker requests | Pay as you go, or $499/mo plans | Page loads through its unblocker |
What is not in the sticker price:
- Minimum spend. SOAX’s paid plans start at $200 a month. DataImpulse needs a $50 top-up after the Intro pack.
- Expiry. Webshare bandwidth and Evomi plan GB don’t roll over.
- Targeting surcharges. DataImpulse doubles the rate for state, city, ZIP and ASN targeting. Evomi’s expert filters use up to 15 times the bandwidth.
- Fair-use caps. IPRoyal and Bright Data allow 100 GB per static IP a month. Rayobyte’s line is about 30 GB.
- Promos. Bright Data’s $4 per GB is a promo on a regular $8. Decodo’s $3.75 per GB mobile plan is a promo on a regular $7.50.
- ID checks. Bright Data and SOAX run KYC checks before paid residential use.
- Refund limits. Decodo’s 14-day refund ends once you use 20% of your traffic or 1 GB. Evomi’s 30-day refund ends at 10% or 1 GB.
Here is what three sizes of residential job cost in one month, bought the cheapest published way. All totals are our math, before tax.
| Provider | 5 GB a month | 20 GB a month | 100 GB a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Oxylabs | $30 ($30 plan) | $100 ($100 plan) | $500 ($500 plan, $100 of credit left) |
| Decodo | $20 (pay as you go) | $80 (pay as you go) | $275 (100 GB plan) |
| DataImpulse | $5 (Intro pack) | $20 of traffic ($50 minimum top-up) | $100 |
| Evomi | $14.85 (15 GB minimum) | $19.80 (pay as you go) | $49 (100 GB plan) |
| SOAX (Tier 1) | $25 of credits | $100 of credits | $300 ($200 plan plus credits) |
| Webshare | $15 | $55 | $225 |
| Rayobyte | $17.50 | $70 | $200 |
| Bright Data | $40 ($20 with promo) | $160 ($80 with promo) | $800 ($400 with promo) |
IPRoyal is not in this table, because it publishes residential prices only for 1, 2 and 10 GB. Static IPs are a different sum.
| Provider | 10 dedicated ISP IPs | 100 dedicated ISP IPs | 100 shared datacenter IPs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Oxylabs | $30 ($30 plan) | $278 of credit at the $100 plan’s rate | $90 of credit on the $100 plan |
| Decodo | $29 | $260 | $3.50 (traffic amount not printed) |
| Webshare | $42 for 20, the smallest plan | $178.50 | $2.99 |
| Rayobyte | $50 | $480 | $85 (semi-dedicated) |
The $278 for Oxylabs means the $100 plan plus a $178 top-up, spent at the plan’s rate. For more sellers, see our best ISP proxies guide.
How Do You Pick the Right Replacement for Oxylabs?
Pick a replacement for Oxylabs in three steps. Name the product you use. Count the GB or IPs you need each month, and note how steady that need is. Buy non-expiring pay as you go traffic for uneven work, and a monthly plan only for steady work. Then test your real target sites.

- Count your monthly GB or IPs. Under 20 GB a month, pay as you go from Decodo or DataImpulse keeps the bill small. Near 100 GB, a monthly plan like Evomi’s wins. Our list of cheap residential proxies ranks more low-price plans.
- Check what expires. If expiring credit is your problem with Oxylabs, don’t swap it for a plan with no rollover.
- Know what you give up. Oxylabs led Proxyway’s 2026 residential test at 99.93% success. Proxyway also clocked Oxylabs’ US ISP proxies at 40 ms, the fastest in that test.
- Ask where the IPs come from. Google’s threat team says claims of ethical sourcing need auditable proof of user consent.
- Test small first. Run your real targets on a trial or a few GB. Stick to lawful work like public data collection and price monitoring. Check each site’s terms and your local law.
One caution on test scores. On Amazon, Google and Instagram, Proxyway’s median success rate was 74.43%. Proxyway also earns affiliate commissions.
Providers We Left Out, and Why
- NetNut. Its domains were seized on July 2, 2026, as Krebs on Security reported.
- Brands Google tied to IPIDEA. In January 2026, Google’s threat team linked several proxy brands to one network it disrupted. The list includes 922 Proxy, IP2World, Luna Proxy and PY Proxy.
- API-only sellers. Zyte, ScraperAPI and ScrapingBee focus on scraping APIs, not raw proxies.

How We Researched This Guide
We read every price on the vendor’s own pages on October 7, 2026. We opened the rendered pages, tabs and toggles. A script checked the math in each cost table.
Some things we could not confirm. IPRoyal doesn’t publish residential prices between 10 GB and 10 TB. Rayobyte doesn’t publish its free trial size, and SOAX doesn’t publish a minimum top-up. Oxylabs shows top-up rules only in its dashboard.
We did not test these proxies ourselves. Performance figures come from named third parties, mainly Proxyway. Pool sizes and sourcing statements are vendor claims.
No vendor pays to be listed or ranked. You can read more in our editorial policy.
Prices last checked: October 7, 2026.
The Bottom Line
Oxylabs scores well in third-party tests. Its billing rules are the better reason to switch.
- For an all-round swap, Decodo sells every proxy type and starts at $4 per GB on pay as you go.
- For the smallest bill, Evomi charges $0.49 per GB on its $49 plan.
- For static IPs, Webshare and IPRoyal sell small orders for a few dollars.
Here is your next step. Write down the Oxylabs product you use and your monthly GB or IPs. Then test one pick from that group with a free plan or a few dollars of traffic.
You’ll know fast if the swap works, and you can move the rest with confidence.
