Oxylabs Pricing: What Each Credit Plan Buys and Really Costs

Oxylabs pricing guide showing what each credit plan buys per GB and per IP, from the free $5 welcome credit to Enterprise at $2,500 a month.
Why you can trust this guide: we take every price straight from the vendor website, we tell you when a price is not published, and no vendor pays to be listed or ranked. Some links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. How we make money.

TL;DR: Oxylabs pricing is now one monthly credit subscription. Starter costs $30, Basic $100 and Flexible $500, and Enterprise starts at $2,500. Your credit buys any product at your plan’s rate, such as $6 per GB for residential proxies on Starter. Unused credit expires each cycle, and Oxylabs’ newest help page says purchases are non-refundable. Test with the free $5 welcome credit, then pick the smallest plan you will use up.

Quick answer card: Oxylabs is one monthly credit subscription, with Starter at $30, Basic $100, Flexible $500 and Enterprise from $2,500.

Oxylabs pricing changed in 2026, and many guides are now out of date. The old named plans are gone. One subscription pays for everything.

That sounds simple, but there is a catch. You don’t buy GB or IPs anymore. You buy dollars of credit, and each product uses that credit at a different rate.

The rate depends on your plan. Residential proxies cost $6 per GB on the $30 plan. Proxyway found an average residential price of $4.16 per GB at 5 GB across the providers it tested. Proxyway earns affiliate commissions, so keep that in mind.

I read every rate on Oxylabs’ own pages on October 7, 2026. Below you’ll see what each plan buys, what expires and where the refund wording conflicts.

Three quick terms first. A proxy is a middleman server that sends your web requests from a different IP address. An IP address is the number that identifies a device online. A GB measures the data you move. This guide covers lawful business uses only, like price monitoring and SEO checks.

How Much Does Oxylabs Cost in 2026?

Oxylabs costs $30 a month on Starter, $100 on Basic and $500 on Flexible, billed monthly. Enterprise plans start at $2,500 a month. Each plan is a credit balance you can spend on any Oxylabs product. New accounts also get a free, one-time $5 welcome credit with no card needed.

The Oxylabs pricing page shows the same five columns for every product. This table uses residential proxies as the example.

Plan Price to start Residential unit price Billing basis What you get
Welcome credits Free, $5 one time $6 per GB One-time credit, no card Up to 0.8 GB residential
Starter $30 per month $6 per GB Monthly, credits Up to 5 GB residential, or up to 20 shared ISP IPs
Basic $100 per month $5 per GB Monthly, credits Up to 20 GB residential, or up to 71 shared ISP IPs
Flexible $500 per month $4 per GB Monthly, credits Up to 125 GB residential, or up to 416 shared ISP IPs
Enterprise From $2,500 per month $2.50 per GB Monthly, custom offer from sales 1,000 GB or more residential
Oxylabs plans compared in a table: Welcome credits free $5, Starter $30/mo, Basic $100/mo, Flexible $500/mo, Enterprise from $2,500/mo.

The “up to” numbers are not separate allowances. Each one is the plan price divided by the rate. On Starter, spend $18 on residential traffic and you have $12 left for everything else.

Every paid plan shows “VAT may apply,” so tax comes on top. I found no yearly plan and no promo price on any pricing page.

What changed in 2026: Oxylabs moved every product to one credit subscription. The residential rates stayed at $6, $5, $4 and $2.50 per GB. The old Advanced plan is now Flexible, and Corporate is now Enterprise. Proxyway’s 2026 market report also says Oxylabs removed its long-running coupon codes of 40% to 50%.

Oxylabs Pricing by Product: What Your Credits Buy

Welcome credits use the Starter rates. Per GB means you pay for data moved. Per IP means you rent an address.

Product Unit Starter ($30) Basic ($100) Flexible ($500) Enterprise ($2,500+)
Residential Proxies per GB $6 $5 $4 $2.50
Mobile Proxies per GB $7.50 $6.67 $5 $3.50

Datacenter Proxies (shared) per IP $1 $0.90 $0.80 $0.60
Datacenter Proxies (shared) per GB $0.60 $0.55 $0.45 $0.40
Dedicated Datacenter Proxies per IP $2 $1.75 $1.45 $1.20
Web Unblocker per GB $7.20 $6 $4.80 $3
Agent Browser per GB $8 $7.50 $5.50 $4

Residential Proxies

Residential proxies send your requests through real home internet connections. To a website, they look like normal home users. The Oxylabs residential pricing page lists $6 per GB on Starter and $2.50 on Enterprise.

Oxylabs says the pool has 175M+ IPs, with free targeting down to ZIP code. Pick this if your target sites block server IPs. To compare pools, see our guide to the best residential proxies.

Mobile Proxies

Mobile proxies use IPs from phone networks. The Oxylabs mobile pricing page lists $7.50 per GB on Starter and $3.50 on Enterprise.

The page lists sticky sessions of 24 hours. A sticky session keeps the same IP for a set time. Pick mobile only if you check mobile ads or mobile-only pages. See our best mobile proxies guide for more sellers.

ISP Proxies, Shared and Dedicated

ISP proxies are fixed IPs hosted on servers but registered to home internet providers. Shared ISP IPs cost $1.50 each on Starter and $1.10 on Enterprise. Oxylabs says each shared ISP proxy has up to 3 users.

Dedicated means only you use the IP. The dedicated ISP pricing page lists $3 per IP on Starter and $2.20 on Enterprise. Pick these for jobs that need one steady address, like ad verification. Compare sellers in our best ISP proxies guide.

Datacenter Proxies

Datacenter proxies are IPs from cloud servers. The Oxylabs datacenter pricing page sells three kinds. On Starter, shared IPs cost $1 each, shared traffic costs $0.60 per GB and dedicated IPs cost $2 each.

Try these first if your targets allow server traffic. Our best datacenter proxies guide lists other sellers.

Web Unblocker and Web API

Web Unblocker handles blocks for you, so you don’t manage proxies yourself. It costs $7.20 per GB on Starter and $3 on Enterprise.

Oxylabs now sells its Web Scraper API as “Web API” in the same subscription. The /Search line costs $1 per 1,000 searches on every plan. The /Scrape line starts at $0.50 per 1,000 results on Starter.

The rate changes by target. JavaScript rendering means loading a page the way a real browser does. On Starter, Google results cost $1 per 1,000 without it and $1.35 with it. The “from $0.25” rate is for Amazon pages without rendering, on Enterprise only.

Our guide to proxies for web scraping compares APIs with raw proxies.

What Hidden Costs Are Missing From Oxylabs Pricing?

Oxylabs pricing leaves out several costs. Unused credit expires at the end of each billing cycle, and so do top-ups. There is no pay-as-you-go option after the welcome credit. VAT may be added. “Unlimited” static IPs have fair use caps, and Oxylabs’ official refund texts disagree with each other.

Buyer's checklist before paying for Oxylabs: test with the free $5, pick the smallest plan, top-ups expire, no refunds, VAT and fair use caps.

Here is what is not in the sticker price.

  • Credit expires. Oxylabs’ billing help page says unused credit expires at the end of the cycle. It does not carry over unless you upgrade.
  • Top-ups expire too. A top-up is a one-time payment added to your balance. Those funds expire at the end of the current cycle, unless you upgrade first. A downgrade loses the unused balance as well.
  • No pay as you go. You need an active plan to use the products. The only exception is the welcome credit.
  • Fair use on static IPs. Bandwidth is “unlimited with fair usage.” The dedicated ISP page allows 100 sessions at once per IP until that IP passes 100 GB in a month. Then the limit drops to 10. For shared ISP IPs, the drop comes at 50 GB.
  • Daily charges for IPs. Oxylabs says per-IP products are billed daily. The daily charge is the monthly cost divided by 30.
  • Swapping an IP costs money. Oxylabs lists a fee of $0.25 per replaced IP, waived when new IPs come with a plan upgrade.
  • An approval step. Oxylabs says every customer must fill out a KYC form. KYC means “know your customer,” a check on who you are. Oxylabs says only 75% of customers are approved.

The Refund Wording Conflict

Three official Oxylabs texts say different things about refunds.

  • Help center. The Oxylabs refund help page says all self-service purchases are non-refundable.
  • Residential pricing page FAQ. It says self-service products are refundable. You must ask within 3 calendar days of your first payment and have used no more than 20% of your traffic.
  • The legal agreement. The Self-Service Subscription Agreement has the same 3-day rule. It was last updated on September 25, 2024, and it names the old plans.

The help page is the newest text and the only one written for the credit model. So treat Oxylabs as non-refundable, and ask support in writing if a refund matters to you.

What Does Oxylabs Really Cost at 5, 50 and 500 GB a Month?

Oxylabs residential proxies cost $30 a month for 5 GB on Starter. By our math, 50 GB costs $250 on Basic with a top-up, or $500 on Flexible. 500 GB costs $2,000 on Flexible with top-ups, while Enterprise starts at $2,500. These totals assume top-up credit is spent at your plan’s rate.

I ran three residential scenarios through a script. All figures are before tax.

Monthly need Route Rate Monthly cost (our math) Cost per GB used 12 months
5 GB Starter, no top-up $6 per GB $30 $6 $360
50 GB Basic plus a $150 top-up $5 per GB $250 $5 $3,000
50 GB Flexible, no top-up $4 per GB $500, with $300 of credit left over $10 $6,000
500 GB Flexible plus a $1,500 top-up $4 per GB $2,000 $4 $24,000
500 GB Enterprise at $2,500 $2.50 per GB $2,500, with $1,250 of credit left over $5 $30,000

Oxylabs’ billing page does not state a different rate for top-up credit, so I used the plan rate. Top-up minimums and limits are in the dashboard, which we could not see. Confirm both before you plan around top-ups.

By our math, Basic beats Starter once you need more than about 17 GB a month. Flexible beats Basic above 100 GB. Enterprise beats Flexible above 625 GB.

You can also mix products. On Basic, 10 GB of residential traffic costs $50. Add 20 shared ISP IPs for $28 and 20 GB of shared datacenter traffic for $11. That uses $89 of your $100, and the last $11 expires if unspent.

Is Oxylabs Worth the Price?

Oxylabs is worth the price if you run a business with steady monthly data needs and can pass its KYC check. You get every proxy type and scraping tool on one balance. Oxylabs is a poor fit for uneven or tiny workloads, because unused credit expires every cycle.

Oxylabs plan picks by use case: Welcome credits for testing, Starter under 17 GB, Basic for 17 to 100 GB, Flexible for 100 to 625 GB a month.

Here is how I’d match a plan to your job. The cut-off points come from our break-even math above.

  • Testing before you pay. Use the welcome credits. You get $5 one time, free, with no card.
  • Under 17 GB a month. Pick Starter at $30 a month. Residential traffic costs $6 per GB.
  • 17 to 100 GB a month. Pick Basic at $100 a month. The rate drops to $5 per GB.
  • 100 to 625 GB a month. Pick Flexible at $500 a month. The rate drops to $4 per GB.

Above 625 GB, ask for an Enterprise offer. Those plans start at $2,500 a month.

We did not test Oxylabs ourselves. In Proxyway’s 2026 tests, Oxylabs residential proxies had a 99.93% success rate and a 0.60 second response time. Proxyway also saw 3,241,404 unique IPs across 3.6 million requests, against the 175M+ pool Oxylabs advertises.

Real sites are harder. On Amazon, Google and Instagram, Proxyway’s median success rate across providers was 74.43%.

On price, Oxylabs is above the market average. Proxyway’s average is $4.16 per GB at 5 GB and $3.00 at 50 GB. Oxylabs charges $6 and $5 at those sizes. Proxyway also says dedicated ISP proxies cost $2 to $4 per IP. It measured a 40 ms response time for Oxylabs in the US.

Skip Oxylabs if your usage jumps around from month to month, or if you need a refund safety net. See how it ranks in our best proxy providers guide.

How to Pay Less for Oxylabs, Plus Cheaper Alternatives

I only list routes that Oxylabs publishes itself.

  • Start with the free $5. The welcome credit stays valid while you are on the free plan.
  • Buy the smallest plan you will use up. Leftover credit expires.
  • Upgrade instead of topping up late. An upgrade starts a new cycle right away and charges the new plan price. Your unused balance, top-ups included, carries into it.
  • Use a cheaper proxy type where it works. Shared datacenter traffic costs $0.60 per GB on Starter. Residential traffic costs 10 times more.
  • Don’t wait for a yearly deal. I found no yearly billing and no promo code on the pricing pages.

Need something cheaper or more flexible? These three sellers publish lower residential prices.

  • Decodo. Decodo’s residential pricing lists pay as you go at $4 per GB. Its smallest monthly plan is 3 GB for $11.25, plus VAT.
  • DataImpulse. The DataImpulse intro plan costs $5 for 5 GB, pay as you go. DataImpulse says the traffic never expires. Targeting by state, city or ZIP code doubles the rate.
  • Evomi. Evomi’s Core plan costs $49 a month for 100 GB, billed monthly. That is $0.49 per GB.

One name you won’t see here is NetNut. Krebs on Security reported that the FBI seized NetNut’s domains on July 2, 2026.

Whichever seller you pick, check each site’s terms and your local law first.

How We Researched This Guide

We read every Oxylabs price on its own pricing pages on October 7, 2026. We used the rendered pages, with tabs, toggles and FAQs opened. Other sellers’ prices came from their own pages that day. A script checked the table math.

We could not confirm four things. We don’t know which refund text Oxylabs applies. The dedicated ISP FAQ still lists a 5 IP minimum. That does not match the “Up to 1 IP” label on welcome credits.

Top-up minimums and limits are in the dashboard. And some product FAQs still mention a free trial on request, with no size given.

We did not test these proxies ourselves. Performance figures come from Proxyway, a named third party. No vendor pays to be listed or ranked. You can read how we work in our editorial policy.

Prices last checked: October 7, 2026.

The Bottom Line

Oxylabs pricing is easier to read than it used to be, but it punishes waste. Keep three things in mind.

  • You buy credit, not GB. Starter is $30 a month, and residential traffic costs $6 per GB on it.
  • Unused credit and top-ups expire each cycle unless you upgrade.
  • Treat every purchase as non-refundable until Oxylabs tells you otherwise in writing.

Your next step is simple. Sign up for the free $5 welcome credit. Run your real job for a few days and note the GB or IPs you use. Then scale that up to a full month and match it to a plan.

If the number doesn’t fit, you have spent nothing. Either way, you will buy with real numbers in hand.
