Best Mobile Proxies: 8 Providers and What Per-GB vs Per-Port Really Costs

Best mobile proxies compared on per-GB and per-port prices, side by side, from Decodo and DataImpulse to IPRoyal and HydraProxy.
Why you can trust this guide: we take every price straight from the vendor website, we tell you when a price is not published, and no vendor pays to be listed or ranked. Some links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. How we make money.

TL;DR: This guide ranks the eight best mobile proxies by real prices, checked on October 7, 2026. Decodo is our top pick for most teams at $4 per GB pay as you go, a 50% promo on its regular $8. DataImpulse is the cheapest at $2 per GB. HydraProxy rents one US port with unlimited bandwidth for $59.95 per 30 days. Estimate your monthly GB first, then choose per-GB or per-port pricing.

Quick answer card: Decodo is the top pick among the best mobile proxies at $4 per GB on promo, and DataImpulse is cheapest at $2 per GB.

Shopping for the best mobile proxies? Check the date on the list you’re reading first. A mobile proxy sends your web requests through a phone carrier’s network, so a site sees a mobile IP address.

Two big names changed this year. Proxyway reports that Bright Data discontinued its mobile proxy product in April 2026. In July, Krebs on Security reported that the FBI seized NetNut’s domains. Yet DesignRush’s mobile proxy list, last updated May 15, 2026, still prices both.

The second problem is units. One seller charges per GB of data. Another rents you one phone connection by the day. You can’t compare $2 per GB with $59.95 per port until you know your data use.

So I pulled every price from the vendor’s own page on October 7, 2026. Then I ran the bill for 5 GB, 50 GB and 500 GB a month.

One thing up front. We didn’t test these proxies, and no vendor pays to be listed. Speed and success numbers come from Proxyway’s 2026 tests, and I name the source each time.

What changed in 2026: Bright Data no longer shows a mobile price, and Proxyway says the product ended in April. NetNut’s domains were seized on July 2, per Krebs on Security. Oxylabs moved every product to one credit subscription. Rayobyte relaunched its pricing on October 1.

What Is a Mobile Proxy, and When Do You Need One?

A mobile proxy routes your web requests through a phone carrier’s 3G, 4G or 5G network, so a website sees a mobile IP address. You need one when a site or app shows phone users different content, such as mobile ads or mobile search results. For most other public web data, a residential proxy does a similar job.

A few quick terms first. A proxy is a middleman server between you and a website. An IP address is the number that identifies a connection. A GB, or gigabyte, measures your data.

Mobile proxies come in two forms. A pooled plan shares many carrier IPs among customers, and you pay per GB. A dedicated plan rents you one connection, often called a port, and you pay by the day or month.

Rotation means swapping to a new IP. A sticky session keeps the same IP for a set time.

Are mobile IPs harder to block? Don’t count on it. In Proxyway’s 2026 tests on Amazon, Google and Instagram, mobile proxies had a median success rate of 75.26%. Residential proxies scored 74.43%. Proxyway is a testing site that earns affiliate commissions.

So buy mobile for mobile jobs, like ad verification and app testing. For general public data, compare the best residential proxies first. Need one fixed IP for months? Look at ISP proxies or datacenter proxies.

Use any proxy for legitimate work only. Check each site’s terms and your local law before you start.

The 8 Best Mobile Proxies, Reviewed

Best mobile proxies by use case: Decodo for most teams, DataImpulse for lowest price per GB, IPRoyal for a dedicated IP, HydraProxy for one US port.

Test results below come from Proxyway’s 2026 research, not from us. All eight picks list HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 support. SOCKS5 is a protocol that carries any traffic type, not just web pages.

1 Decodo: Best for most teams

If you want small plans, a trial and strong test results, start here.

What it does well. Decodo sells pooled mobile IPs by the GB. In Proxyway’s 2026 connection test, its mobile pool succeeded 99.75% of the time. It also had the fastest response on real sites, at 2.71 seconds. Proxyway named Decodo its Best All-Rounder for 2026.

Key features:

  • City-level targeting on all plans
  • Sticky sessions up to 24 hours
  • 3-day, 100 MB free trial on monthly plans

Pricing. Pay as you go costs $4 per GB today. That is a 50% promo with no end date shown, and the regular rate is $8. Monthly plans run from 2 GB for $7.50 (regular $15) to 100 GB for $275 (regular $550), plus VAT. See Decodo pricing.

Best for: You, if you need 2 to 100 GB a month across many countries.

Limitations. The free trial needs a card and turns into a paid plan. Using it also cancels the 14-day refund. Decodo says its 10M+ mobile IPs come from real devices on 700+ carriers.

2 DataImpulse: Best for the lowest price per GB

If price per GB matters most to you, look at DataImpulse.

What it does well. DataImpulse charges $2 per GB, and your traffic doesn’t expire. In Proxyway’s 2026 real-site test, it had the best mobile success rate at 85.31%. The median was 75.26%.

Key features:

  • Prepaid data with no expiry date
  • Sticky sessions up to 120 minutes
  • Free country targeting

Pricing. The Intro pack costs $5 for 2.5 GB and is for new users. Basic costs $50 for 25 GB, and Advanced costs $1,600 for 1 TB (1,000 GB), or $1.60 per GB. All of it is prepaid, with no monthly plan. See DataImpulse pricing.

Best for: You, if you want cheap pooled mobile data and country-level targeting is enough.

Limitations. Targeting by state, city, ZIP or ASN is billed at double the standard rate, so $2 becomes $4 per GB (our math). An ASN is the ID number of one network, such as a carrier. The 7-day refund covers a first Intro purchase only. DataImpulse calls its 16 million mobile IPs “ethically-sourced”, which is its own claim.

3 Oxylabs: Best for large jobs

If your job needs a huge number of IPs, look at Oxylabs.

What it does well. In Proxyway’s 2026 test, Oxylabs returned 1,192,449 unique IPs across 1.2 million mobile requests. It also had the top connection success rate at 99.84%. Proxyway gave it the Most Scalable award for 2026.

Key features:

  • 140+ countries, per Oxylabs
  • State, city, coordinate and ASN targeting at no extra fee
  • Sticky sessions up to 24 hours

Pricing. Oxylabs sells one monthly credit subscription for all its products. Starter costs $30 a month, and mobile data costs $7.50 per GB on it, so $30 buys up to 4 GB. Basic costs $100 at $6.67 per GB, and Flexible costs $500 at $5. See Oxylabs pricing.

Best for: You, if you run big jobs and can spend $500 or more a month.

Limitations. This is the highest starting rate here, and unused credit expires at the end of each cycle. Oxylabs’ pages disagree on refunds, and its help center says self-service purchases are non-refundable. So test with the free $5 welcome credit first. Oxylabs says every customer answers a KYC questionnaire, which is an identity or business check.

4 SOAX: Best for mobile and residential on one bill

If you use both mobile and residential IPs, SOAX keeps the math simple.

What it does well. SOAX charges one rate for residential and mobile, from one credit balance. In Proxyway’s 2026 connection test, its mobile pool succeeded 99.74% of the time.

Key features:

  • One credit balance for mobile and residential
  • Country, region, city and ISP targeting
  • Credits last 60 days on monthly plans

Pricing. The Sandbox plan has no monthly fee, and you pay $5.00 per GB in Tier 1 countries like the US and Germany. Builder costs $200 a month and cuts Tier 1 to $3.00 per GB. Team costs $500 at $2.20, and Scale costs $1,500 at $1.50, all plus VAT. See SOAX pricing.

Best for: You, if you want one bill for both IP types.

Limitations. Your rate depends on the exit country, and ASN and ZIP targeting need the Scale plan. The pricing page says there is no free trial and payments are generally non-refundable. A product page still advertises a $1.99 trial, which we couldn’t confirm. SOAX says identity verification is a condition of paid access.

5 Evomi: Best for small pay-as-you-go use

If you only need a few GB now and then, try Evomi.

What it does well. Evomi sells mobile data from 1 GB, with free carrier and city targeting. In Proxyway’s 2026 connection test, its mobile pool succeeded 99.66% of the time.

Key features:

  • Pay as you go from 1 GB
  • Free country, region, city and carrier targeting
  • Sticky sessions up to 1,440 minutes

Pricing. Pay as you go costs $3.98 per GB. The Flex plan costs $30 a month for 8 GB, or $3.75 per GB. Advanced costs $170 for 50 GB, and Scale costs $1,400 for 500 GB. See Evomi pricing.

Best for: You, if you need carrier targeting and a small, flexible bill.

Limitations. The trial needs a card and renews at the plan price unless you cancel within 3 days. Evomi’s terms cap it at 100 MB. The 30-day refund stops at 1 GB or 10% of your data, whichever comes first, and it excludes pay-as-you-go purchases. Evomi says KYC is not required by default.

6 IPRoyal: Best for a dedicated mobile IP

If you need the same mobile IP all day, IPRoyal rents you one.

What it does well. IPRoyal sells both models. You can buy pooled data per GB, or rent one dedicated mobile proxy by time. It wasn’t in Proxyway’s 2026 mobile test, so we have no independent numbers.

Key features:

  • Dedicated plans for 24 hours, 30, 60 or 90 days
  • Country, state and city targeting
  • IP change from the dashboard or API

Pricing. Pooled data costs $6.80 per GB at 2 GB, $6.00 at 10 GB, $5.60 at 50 GB and $5.20 at 100 GB. A dedicated proxy starts at $10.11 for 24 hours or $130 a month. A 90-day term starts at $117 a month. See IPRoyal pricing.

Best for: You, if you test apps or ads and need one steady mobile IP.

Limitations. Dedicated plans have a daily data limit of 30 GB per proxy, though the pricing page says “zero bandwidth limits”. There is no free trial, so use the 1-day plan as a test. Refunds on pooled data stop after 100 MB of use. ID checks are optional at signup, but some features need them.

7 Proxidize: Best for a flat US rate

If you need lots of US mobile data, Proxidize is simple to price.

What it does well. Proxidize is a mobile specialist. It charges $2 per GB at every plan size, from 25 GB up to 10 TB.

Key features:

  • Flat $2 per GB on every plan
  • City and ASN targeting at no extra charge
  • Sticky sessions up to 3 days

Pricing. Lite costs $50 a month for 25 GB. Standard costs $100 for 50 GB, and Scale costs $400 for 200 GB. There is no pay-as-you-go option. See Proxidize pricing.

Best for: You, if your targets are in the US and you use 25 GB or more a month.

Limitations. Proxidize’s help center says mobile proxies are available in the United States only, though its marketing pages say “global”. Your GB expire after one month. Every customer must pass KYC with a government photo ID and a selfie. Its help center also lists a $59 per-proxy plan that we couldn’t confirm is still sold.

8 HydraProxy: Best for unlimited data on one US port

If you move lots of data through one US IP at a time, rent a port.

What it does well. HydraProxy sells a US mobile port by time, not by data. A port is one access point that gives you one IP at a time. HydraProxy says bandwidth on it is unlimited.

Key features:

  • Access for 1, 3, 7 or 30 days
  • IP rotation every 30 minutes on Standard
  • State-level targeting across the US

Pricing. A Standard port costs $2.95 for 1 day, $7.95 for 3 days, $15.95 for 7 days or $59.95 for 30 days. The 30-day price works out to $2.00 a day, by our math. Premium ports cost $3.95 to $79.95. See HydraProxy pricing.

Best for: You, if your data use is heavy and one IP at a time is enough.

Limitations. A single port won’t suit jobs that need many IPs at once. Refunds apply only in the first 24 hours of a first purchase, on 1-day or 3-day plans. HydraProxy says its 200,000+ US IPs come from carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon.

How Much Do Mobile Proxies Cost?

Mobile proxies cost $2 to $7.50 per GB to start on pooled plans, based on vendor pages read on October 7, 2026. A dedicated mobile port costs $2.95 to $10.11 a day, or $59.95 to $130 a month. Proxyway’s 2026 research put the median pooled rate at $4.38 per GB for 5 GB.

Provider and plan Price to start Unit price Billing basis What you get
DataImpulse Intro $5 $2/GB Prepaid, no expiry 2.5 GB for new users. Later top-ups from $50
Proxidize Lite $50/month $2/GB Monthly plan, GB expire after one month 25 GB, US only
Evomi pay as you go $3.98 $3.98/GB Pay as you go From 1 GB
Decodo pay as you go $4 (promo, regular $8) $4/GB (promo) Pay as you go Bought by the GB
SOAX Sandbox No monthly fee $5.00/GB, Tier 1 Prepaid credits, 60-day expiry Mobile and residential
IPRoyal rotating $13.60 (our math) $6.80/GB Pay as you go 2 GB of pooled data
Oxylabs Starter $30/month $7.50/GB Monthly credits, expire each cycle Up to 4 GB of mobile data
HydraProxy Standard port $2.95 $2.95/day, or $59.95 per 30 days Prepaid by time 1 US port, unlimited bandwidth
IPRoyal dedicated $10.11 $10.11/day, or $130/month Prepaid by time 1 dedicated proxy, 30 GB a day limit

Only Decodo’s prices are promos. Every other figure is a regular list price.

What is not in the sticker price:

  • Promo end. Decodo’s 50% off has no end date. Its regular pay-as-you-go rate is $8 per GB.
  • Minimum spend. Proxidize starts at $50 a month. DataImpulse top-ups start at $50 after the Intro pack.
  • Expiry. Oxylabs credit expires each cycle. Proxidize GB expire after one month. SOAX credits last 60 days.
  • Targeting surcharges. DataImpulse doubles its rate for city, ZIP or ASN targeting.
  • Fair-use caps. IPRoyal’s dedicated proxy stops at 30 GB a day.
  • KYC. Proxidize requires a photo ID and selfie. Oxylabs and SOAX also say they verify customers.
  • Refund limits. Decodo’s refund ends at 20% of your data or 1 GB. Treat SOAX and Oxylabs as non-refundable.

Now the real bill for 5 GB, 50 GB and 500 GB a month. This is our math, from published rates, for US IPs.

Provider 5 GB a month 50 GB a month 500 GB a month
DataImpulse $10.00 $100.00 $1,000.00
Proxidize $50.00 (25 GB minimum) $100.00 $1,000.00
Evomi $19.90 $170.00 $1,400.00
Decodo (promo) $20.00 $150.00 $1,125.00
Decodo (regular) $40.00 $300.00 $2,250.00
SOAX, Tier 1 $25.00 $200.00 $1,100.00
IPRoyal rotating $34.00 $280.00 Not published
Oxylabs $37.50 $333.50 $2,500.00
Proxyway 2026 median $21.90 $175.00 $1,240.00

For each volume we took the cheapest published route, either pay as you go or the smallest plan that covers it.

Take SOAX. Its 50 GB figure is the $200 Builder plan, which beats $250 on Sandbox. Its 500 GB figure is the $500 Team plan plus $600 of credits.

Three rows need a warning. DataImpulse sells $50 top-ups, so $10 is your data use, not your payment. IPRoyal’s 5 GB figure uses its 2 GB rate, and it lists no rate above 100 GB. Oxylabs’ figures assume top-ups at your plan’s rate, and it publishes no minimum top-up.

What about a port? HydraProxy’s 30-day port costs $59.95 with unlimited data. That buys about 30 GB at DataImpulse’s $2 rate, or 15 GB at Decodo’s $4.

Here is a rough rule. Under 15 to 30 GB a month, per-GB pricing wins. Above that, a port is cheaper if one IP at a time is enough.

How Do You Choose a Mobile Proxy Provider?

To choose a mobile proxy provider, estimate your monthly GB and how many IPs you need at once. Pick per-GB pricing for many IPs and light data, or a per-port plan for one IP and heavy data. Then check the regular price, data expiry, targeting fees and ID rules before you pay.

Buyer's checklist for mobile proxy providers: count GB and IPs, find the regular price, check expiry, price targeting and test small first.

Work through this list before you pay any mobile proxy providers.

  • Count your GB and your IPs. Many IPs with light pages suits per-GB plans. One IP with heavy data suits a port.
  • Find the regular price. A promo can end. Decodo’s $4 is $8 at list price.
  • Ask when data expires. DataImpulse data never expires. Oxylabs credit ends each cycle.
  • Price your targeting. City or carrier targeting is free at Evomi and doubles the rate at DataImpulse.
  • Ask where the IPs come from. Krebs on Security reported that the botnet tied to NetNut used at least two million compromised devices as proxy nodes. Ask how each seller gets user consent.
  • Test small first. Try Oxylabs’ $5 credit, DataImpulse’s $5 pack or a $2.95 HydraProxy day.

One last tip. Don’t judge cheap mobile proxies by success claims. Proxyway’s median was 99.63% on a basic connection test and 75.26% on real sites. For every proxy type side by side, see our best proxy providers guide.

Providers We Left Out, and Why

Bright Data. Its proxy pricing page shows only residential, ISP and datacenter tabs. With no mobile price published, we can’t list it.

NetNut. Krebs on Security reported that its domains were seized on July 2, 2026. Its site still showed a seizure notice on our check date, so we don’t recommend it.

Rayobyte. After its October 1 relaunch, mobile plans start at $250 a month for 83 GB. That is $3.00 per GB on US carriers only, and the minimum is high for most readers.

Proxy-Seller. A shared US mobile proxy costs $40 a month, and a dedicated one costs $65 to $180 by carrier. We only read its US and England prices, so we held it back.

Airproxy. This specialist charges €67 per proxy for 30 days, with a dedicated SIM card. It covers Italy only.

How We Researched This Guide

We read every price on the vendor’s own rendered page on October 7, 2026, with each tab and toggle opened.

We could not confirm a few things. They are SOAX’s $1.99 trial, Proxidize’s $59 per-proxy plan and Oxylabs’ refund terms. We also found no Bright Data mobile price and no IPRoyal pooled rate above 100 GB.

The cost tables are our math. Pool sizes are vendor claims. Every success rate and speed figure comes from Proxyway’s 2026 research.

We did not test these proxies ourselves. No vendor pays to be listed or ranked. Read more in our editorial policy, or browse our proxy hub.

Prices last checked: October 7, 2026.

The Bottom Line

First, mobile proxies are sold per GB or per port, and the cheaper one depends on your data use. Second, starting rates run from $2 to $7.50 per GB. Third, some popular lists still show Bright Data and NetNut, and neither lists a mobile price today.

For most teams, I’d start with Decodo at $4 per GB on promo. Want the lowest rate? Try DataImpulse at $2. Need one steady US IP with heavy data? Rent a HydraProxy port.

Your next step is easy. Estimate your GB for one month, then buy the smallest pack from two providers. Run your real job on both for a few days. You’ll soon see which one fits your budget.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a mobile proxy?

A mobile proxy sends your web requests through a phone carrier’s network. The site you visit sees a 3G, 4G or 5G IP address, not your own. Sellers offer pooled IPs billed per GB, or one dedicated port billed by time.

How much do mobile proxies cost per GB?

Starting rates run from $2 per GB at DataImpulse and Proxidize to $7.50 per GB at Oxylabs. Proxyway’s 2026 research put the median at $4.38 per GB for 5 GB and $2.48 for 500 GB.

Are mobile proxies better than residential proxies?

Not by default. In Proxyway’s 2026 tests on Amazon, Google and Instagram, mobile proxies had a median success rate of 75.26%, against 74.43% for residential. Pick mobile when you need to see what phone users see.

What is the difference between 4G and 5G mobile proxies?

They use different generations of the carrier network. Pooled sellers like DataImpulse describe their IPs as a mix of 3G, 4G, 5G and LTE. Where you can choose, 5G can cost more. At Proxy-Seller, a dedicated US Verizon proxy costs $135 a month, and Verizon 5G costs $180. We found no independent test that compares the two.

Why are dedicated mobile proxies so expensive?

You rent a whole connection, not a share of a pool. Airproxy, for example, gives each proxy its own SIM card for €67 per 30 days. IPRoyal charges $130 a month for one dedicated proxy with up to 30 GB a day.
