The best AI sales forecasting software for large revenue teams is Clari Forecast, with Gong Forecast and Aviso close behind, but none of the three publishes a price. Want real numbers? Salesforce Pro Suite costs $100 per user a month, and HubSpot Sales Hub Professional costs $90. Forecastio starts at $249 a month. Pipedrive and Zoho CRM start at $14.

Here is my advice before you compare anything. Don’t start with the smartest AI. Start with where your deal data is kept. The right pick depends on the CRM you already use and how many reps you have.
I pulled every price from each vendor’s own pricing page in October 2026. Three of the eight tools below don’t publish prices at all, and I say so plainly instead of guessing.
Building a full stack? Our small business software guide shows the best pick for every job and what it costs.

What Is AI Sales Forecasting Software?
AI sales forecasting software predicts how much revenue your team will close in a month or quarter. It reads your open deals, past wins and losses, and rep activity like emails and calls. Then it scores each deal and rolls the numbers up into one forecast. You see which deals are at risk before the quarter ends.
A plain forecast is simple math. You take each open deal, multiply its value by the odds for its stage, and add it all up. Your CRM can already do that. AI goes further. It looks at how deals like yours ended in the past. It also watches for warning signs, like a buyer who stopped replying or a close date that keeps moving.
You will find two kinds of tools here. Clari, Gong, Aviso and Forecastio are add-ons that plug into your CRM. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM are CRMs with forecasting built in. Still picking a CRM? Then read our guide to the best AI CRM software first.
What Makes the Best AI Sales Forecasting Software?
The best AI sales forecasting software works with the CRM you already use. It scores deals from real activity instead of rep guesses. It lets managers roll up and adjust the forecast by team. It should also show what changed since last week. And the price should make sense for your team size, including setup fees and add-ons.
We compared each tool on those points using the vendor’s own pages. We also looked at what the top-ranking lists got wrong. Many still treat Clari as its own company, but Clari’s website now sends you to Salesloft. Several quote old Salesforce plan prices or guess at prices the vendors never published.

Best AI Sales Forecasting Software for Enterprise Revenue Teams
Clari Forecast is the best pick for large B2B teams that want one shared forecast. Gong Forecast is the better choice if you want forecasts built from call and email data. Aviso fits if you want to replace several sales tools at once. None of the three publishes prices, so you will need a quote.
1 Clari Forecast: Best for large B2B revenue teams
If your board wants a number it can trust, start with Clari.
What it does well. Clari Forecast builds your forecast from past deal data and live rep activity. It flags deals at risk and shows what changed in your pipeline. You can slice the forecast by bookings, renewals, region or segment. One thing to know first. Clari and Salesloft finished their merger on December 3, 2025. Clari’s old website now sends you to Salesloft, and Clari Forecast is sold as part of the Salesloft platform.
Key features:
- AI forecast from deal history and activity
- Alerts for at-risk deals
- Views by bookings, renewals, region or segment
- AI-scored opportunities
- Plain-language questions about revenue
Pricing. Clari does not publish a price. The Salesloft pricing page lists no dollar amounts and tells you to contact sales. I found no free trial listed. Per-user prices on other lists don’t come from the vendor, so treat them as guesses. See Clari pricing.
Best for: You, if you lead a large B2B sales team and need one forecast that sales, RevOps and finance all agree on.
Limitations. You can’t see the cost before a sales call. After the merger, ask exactly what your quote includes. And it is more tool than ten reps need.
2 Gong Forecast: Best for forecasts built on call and email data
If your team records sales calls, Gong can turn them into a forecast.
What it does well. Most forecasts lean on what reps type into the CRM. Gong also reads what buyers said on calls and in emails. Its AI Revenue Predictor scores each deal, and its AI Deal Monitor warns you when a deal slips. Gong says it uses more than 300 signals and predicts deal outcomes with 20% more precision than models based on CRM data alone. That number is Gong’s own claim, and we did not test it.
Key features:
- AI Revenue Predictor
- AI Deal Reviewer and AI Deal Monitor
- Deal boards and account boards
- Forecast submission and analytics
- Win and loss insights
Pricing. Gong does not publish prices. Its pricing page explains the model instead. Licenses are priced per user, and there is a platform fee based on how many users you have. Gong says you can connect your existing tools for free. To get a number, you fill in a form. I found no free trial listed. See Gong pricing.
Best for: You, if your reps already use Gong for call recording, or you want a forecast based on what buyers really say.
Limitations. You pay two things, the per-user license and the platform fee, so small teams can find it costly. The forecast is also only as good as your call coverage.
3 Aviso: Best for replacing several sales tools with one
If you pay for three sales tools, Aviso wants to replace them all.
What it does well. You get forecast roll-ups that match your team structure, live deal scores and warnings on risky deals. It can also forecast usage-based revenue. An AI helper called MIKI answers questions about your deals. Aviso says more than 450 revenue teams use it, which is the vendor’s own figure.
Key features:
- Custom forecasting hierarchies
- Pipeline inspection
- Live opportunity scoring
- Consumption forecasting
- MIKI AI assistant
Pricing. Aviso does not publish prices. Its pricing page says it offers flexible per-user plans and sends a custom proposal after you fill in a form. Aviso also advertises a vendor buyout for your current contract, free migration and guided onboarding. I found no free trial on the pricing page. See Aviso pricing.
Best for: You, if you run a mid-size or large sales team and want to cut the number of sales tools you pay for.
Limitations. There is no public price, so you can’t compare costs without a sales call. Some lists mention a free trial or a price per user, but I could not confirm either on Aviso’s own pages.
Best Sales Forecasting Software Built Into Your CRM
If you already pay for Salesforce or HubSpot, use the forecasting built into it before you buy anything else. Salesforce lists forecasting from Pro Suite at $100 per user a month, billed yearly. HubSpot Sales Hub Professional includes forecasting at $90 per seat a month on a yearly plan, plus a one-time $1,500 onboarding fee.
4 Salesforce Sales Cloud: Best for teams already on Salesforce
If your deals are in Salesforce, you may already own a forecasting tool.
What it does well. Salesforce keeps the forecast next to the deals, so there is nothing to sync. For AI, Salesforce sells an add-on called Revenue Intelligence. It adds Einstein Opportunity Scoring, Collaborative and Predictive Forecasting, and Pipeline Inspection.
Key features:
- Quoting and forecasting from Pro Suite
- Predictive Forecasting as a paid extra on Core
- Revenue Intelligence add-on
- Einstein Opportunity Scoring
- Agentforce for Sales in Max
Pricing. Salesforce lists a Free Suite at $0 and Starter Suite at $25 per user a month, billed monthly or yearly. Pro Suite is $100 per user a month, billed yearly, and is the first plan that lists forecasting. Core is $195, Advanced is $395 and Max is $550 per user a month, all billed yearly. The Revenue Intelligence add-on costs $220 per user a month, billed yearly, or $250 with Tableau. Salesforce offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card. See Salesforce pricing.
Best for: You, if your team already runs on Salesforce and you want the forecast in the same place as your deals.
Limitations. The AI costs extra. Salesforce says AI can only be added to Core and higher plans. If you add it to Core, our math comes to $415 per user a month. Salesforce does not list that total, so confirm it with sales. And every plan from Pro Suite up is billed yearly.
5 HubSpot Sales Hub: Best for teams already on HubSpot
If you use HubSpot, its forecast tool is easy to turn on.
What it does well. HubSpot’s forecast tool uses weighted pipeline math and forecast categories you can change. Managers get a team roll-up view, and you can split forecasts by deal type, like new deals and renewals. HubSpot’s forecasting page also shows AI forecasting and accuracy tracking.
Key features:
- Default and custom forecasting on Professional
- Custom forecast categories
- Team roll-up view for managers
- Forecasting across team hierarchies on Enterprise
- 3,000 HubSpot Credits on Professional
Pricing. The free plan covers up to 2 users. Starter is $20 per seat a month, or $7 if you pay yearly, and its forecasting is limited. Professional is $100 per seat a month, or $90 on a yearly plan. It also needs a one-time onboarding fee of $1,500. Enterprise starts at $150 per seat a month, with a one-time $3,500 onboarding fee. See HubSpot Sales Hub pricing.
Best for: You, if your team already works in HubSpot and you want forecasting that reps will use without training.
Limitations. The real forecasting tools start at Professional, so the cheap Starter price is not the price you will pay. The onboarding fee adds $1,500 to your first year. HubSpot’s page did not say which plan includes AI forecasting, so ask before you buy.
Best AI Sales Forecasting Add-On for HubSpot
Forecastio is the best AI forecasting add-on if your CRM is HubSpot. It is one of the few AI forecasting tools with a public price. The Sales Forecasting plan costs $249 a month, billed yearly, with 2 seats included and $49 a month for each extra seat. You get a one-month free pilot first.
6 Forecastio: Best for AI forecasts on top of HubSpot
If HubSpot’s own forecast feels too basic, Forecastio adds the AI.
What it does well. Forecastio connects to HubSpot and builds forecasts three ways. It uses AI models, weighted pipeline math and time-series analysis. You can run what-if scenarios and track how accurate each forecast turned out. Its audit trail shows which deals slipped and who changed them. Forecastio claims up to 95% accuracy. That is the vendor’s number, and we did not test it.
Key features:
- AI, weighted pipeline and time-series forecasts
- Forecast submissions and roll-ups
- What-if scenarios
- Forecast accuracy tracking
- Forecast audit trail
Pricing. The Sales Forecasting plan is $249 a month, billed yearly. It includes 2 seats, and each extra seat is $49 a month. The Forecasting and Revenue Intelligence plan is $369 a month, billed yearly, with 2 seats and $69 a month per extra seat. It adds pipeline and deal intelligence. Forecastio offers a one-month free pilot, and you pay once you confirm it works for you. I did not see a monthly billing option. See Forecastio pricing.
Best for: You, if you run a B2B sales team on HubSpot and want AI forecasts with a price you can see up front.
Limitations. It only works with HubSpot. You pay for it on top of your HubSpot seats, so add both bills together. And yearly billing means you commit for 12 months after the pilot.
Best Sales Forecasting Software for Small Teams on a Budget
Pipedrive is the best forecasting pick for small sales teams. Plans start at $14 per seat a month on yearly billing, and forecast reports come with the Growth plan at $39. Zoho CRM is the cheapest option with real forecasting. Its Standard plan costs $14 per user a month on yearly billing, and there is a free plan for 3 users.
7 Pipedrive: Best for small sales teams
If you want a forecast with no setup project, pick Pipedrive.
What it does well. Pipedrive shows your deals on a board, and its forecast view updates each time a deal changes. You can compare the forecast with what really closed, by rep, team or time period. Its AI sends you a note when a deal stalls, slips or picks up speed. Pipedrive says AI-powered forecasting and custom views are included on every plan.
Key features:
- Forecast view that updates in real time
- Forecast reports on Growth
- Forecast vs actual tracking
- AI alerts for stalled or slipping deals
- 500+ integrations
Pricing. On yearly billing, Lite is $14 per seat a month ($168 a year). Growth is $39 ($468 a year) and adds subscriptions and forecast reports. Premium is $59 ($708 a year), and Ultimate is $79 ($948 a year). Pipedrive says yearly billing saves up to 42%, so paying month to month costs more. I could not confirm the exact monthly prices on the page. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card. See Pipedrive pricing.
Best for: You, if you have a small sales team and want simple forecasts without hiring an admin.
Limitations. Forecast reports start at Growth, not Lite. The AI is lighter than what Clari, Gong or Aviso offer.
8 Zoho CRM: Best for the lowest price
Want the cheapest way to get a real sales forecast? Go with Zoho CRM.
What it does well. Zoho CRM includes sales forecasting from its Standard plan. You can build forecasts for one rep or a whole team, from the top down or the bottom up. It splits your pipeline into Committed, Best Case and Open Deals. From the Professional plan, Zoho’s AI helper Zia predicts how likely a deal is to close. Zoho also says Zia adds a performance summary, gap analysis and tips to forecasts on Professional and higher plans.
Key features:
- Forecasting from the Standard plan
- Top-down and bottom-up forecasts
- Committed, Best Case and Open Deals views
- Zia deal predictions from Professional
- Monthly, quarterly or yearly periods
Pricing. The free plan covers 3 users. On yearly billing, Standard is $14, Professional is $23 and Enterprise is $40 per user a month. Zoho’s pricing page showed local currency when we checked, so these US dollar prices come from Zoho’s own comparison page. I could not confirm the US monthly-billing prices or the trial length. See Zoho CRM pricing.
Best for: You, if price per user matters most and you are happy to set things up yourself.
Limitations. The AI features need Professional or higher, so the $14 plan gives you forecasting without Zia. Zoho also has many settings, and that takes time to learn.
Tools We Left Out, and Why
Here is why these three are not in our top 8.
- BoostUp. Its old web address now sends you to a company called Terret. Terret does not publish prices. It offers a 48-hour proof of concept instead.
- Outreach. Outreach is a sales engagement platform first. Its forecasting tools only show up in the top Amplify Pro package, and no package has a public price.
- Freshsales. It is a fair low-cost CRM. But forecasting insights are only listed on the Enterprise plan at $59 per user a month, billed yearly. That costs more than Zoho CRM Professional or Pipedrive Growth.
What 10 Reps Pay in a Year
For 10 reps on yearly billing, Zoho CRM Professional costs $2,760 a year and Pipedrive Growth costs $4,680. Forecastio costs $7,692 on top of HubSpot. HubSpot Sales Hub Professional costs $12,300 in year one with onboarding. Salesforce Pro Suite costs $12,000, and Core with Revenue Intelligence costs $49,800.
This math uses each published yearly-billing price times 10 people for 12 months. It leaves out taxes and discounts. Clari, Gong and Aviso don’t publish prices, so they are not here.
| Tool and plan | Price per person per month | 10 reps for a year |
|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM Standard | $14 | $1,680 |
| Zoho CRM Professional | $23 | $2,760 |
| Pipedrive Growth | $39 | $4,680 |
| Forecastio Sales Forecasting | $249 for 2 seats, then $49 each | $7,692 |
| Salesforce Pro Suite | $100 | $12,000 |
| HubSpot Sales Hub Professional | $90, plus $1,500 onboarding | $12,300 in year one |
| Salesforce Core | $195 | $23,400 |
| Salesforce Core plus Revenue Intelligence | $415 | $49,800 |
Remember that Forecastio needs HubSpot. HubSpot Professional plus Forecastio comes to $19,992 in year one for 10 reps.
How to Choose AI Sales Forecasting Software Without Overpaying

- Start with your CRM. Use the forecast tool you already pay for first. Add a second tool only when you can name what is missing.
- Fix your data before you buy AI. AI reads your close dates, amounts and stages. If reps don’t update them, no tool will forecast well.
- Count every cost. Add onboarding fees, platform fees and add-ons. HubSpot Professional needs a $1,500 onboarding fee. Salesforce Revenue Intelligence adds $220 per user a month.
- Ask for the price in writing. Clari, Gong and Aviso only give quotes. Get the per-user price, platform fee and contract length on one page.
- Test it on last quarter. Ask the vendor to run its model on your past deals. Then compare its forecast with what you really closed.
- Match the tool to your team size. A small team rarely needs an enterprise platform. Pipedrive, Zoho CRM or HubSpot with Forecastio will do.
How We Evaluated These Tools
We compared each tool using its own pricing page and product pages, checked in October 2026. We also read the top-ranking lists of sales forecasting software to find what they got wrong or left out. We looked at published prices, billing terms, setup fees, free plans, trials and CRM support. We did not run our own forecast accuracy tests, and accuracy claims come from the vendors. No vendor pays to be listed. Read our editorial policy to learn more.

The Bottom Line
If you run a large revenue team, get quotes from Clari, Gong and Aviso, and pick Gong if your reps already record their calls. If you are on Salesforce, start with the forecasting in Pro Suite or Core, and only add Revenue Intelligence when you need the AI. If you are on HubSpot, use Sales Hub Professional, then add Forecastio if you want AI forecasts with a public price. For a small team, Pipedrive Growth is the easy choice. And if you want the lowest bill, Zoho CRM gives you forecasting from $14 per user a month.
